twilight at the haven

Went for a stroll around the quay while waiting for our fish'n'chip order. As you can see it was a lovely Nelson twilight.
A yacht motoring towards the marina
I thought "Wild" was an interesting name for a boat.

The Anchor Shipping Co building, who my great grandfather worked for as an engineer on the ships.

The waiting area for the f'n'c's.
The people at the end of the wharf jumped in.
Memorial to the settlers who arrived in Nelson from 1842 onwards.
And yes the fish'n'chips were good!
